21 Frases del Presidente Obama durante su visita a Costa Rica

Esta semana tengo para usted 21 frases del Presidente de Estados Unidos Barack Obama. Aunque siempre encuentro su pensamiento y su discurso brillantes y sin aspavientos,  estas son de particular significado pues se dieron en distintos foros durante una reciente visita suya a mi país, Costa Rica.

#1: Esta es mi primera visita a Costa Rica. Y aunque es una visita corta, ya puedo decir del increíble espíritu de la gente, y la belleza natural del país.

#4: Solo quiero enfatizar que no se trata solo de construir el camino o el puente o el puerto. También es acerca de tener las estructuras regulatorias que los hacen funcionar.

#5: Toda la ciencia muestra que una educación temprana efectiva y de alta calidad paga mayores dividendos que casi cualquier otra cosa que usted pueda hacer educativamente.

#6: Educación temprana de alta calidad es más que tener una niñera.

#7: Ahora, si vamos a lograr su aprobación o no, no lo sé. [Refiriéndose a un proyecto de ley que está enviando al Senado para mejorar la educación temprana por medio de un impuesto a los cigarros.]

This week I have for you 21 assorted quotes by United States President Barack Obama. Though I always find his thinking and speech brilliant and unassuming, these are of particular significance as they were made in different forums during a recent visit of his to my home-country of Costa Rica.
